The company is not responsible for merchant errors, incorrect items, or damaged items during transit to Californila warehouse or errors with sizes, types, and categories. It is the customer's responsibility to contact and make necessary arrangements with the merchants at their own cost.
The company does not offer refunds for abandoned orders. An abandoned order is a customer’s order that is unclaimed for sixty (60) days. The company reserves the right to dispose, destroy, or donate abandoned orders.
Payment Structure:
The customer uses their preferred mode of payment to the online store. The customer also authorizes the company to charge their preferred payment method. These charges may include handling fees, credit card fees, shipping fees, storage fees, and incoming duty or tax charges.
International Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are paid separately and must be paid before items are released.

Customers buy items from multiple online stores and sends them to our designated warehouse within thirty (30) days. Shipper+ consolidates these items into a single shipment, optimizing packaging and reducing shipping costs.

Storage is free for thirty (30) calendar days. There will be fifty (50) pesos per day charge for storage beyond thirty (30) calendar days.

Shopper is tailored for customers without access to a credit card or an international credit card. Perfect for hassle-free shopping in the US, Californila covers item payments and fees to the warehouse, allowing customers to purchase desired items seamlessly.

Californila covers the cost of items purchased in the US, facilitating a smooth shopping experience for customers without credit cards.
Californila handles return shipping costs back to the online store, accommodating multiple return shipments until the purchase is fulfilled.

Shopper+ offers the same seamless shopping experience and benefits as Shopper, with an added advantage: the "Lokal Layaway" option. Customers can enjoy all the conveniences of Shopper while having the flexibility to opt for a payment plan, making a minimum of 3 payments and up to 6 payments before receiving their items.

The customer pays a deposit of twenty five percent (25%) of the total quoted price of the item(s). The customer will pay the remaining balance for three (3) months. A written payment schedule will be agreed upon by the customer and Californila.
An additional ten percent (10%) based on the quoted price will be added for customers who will opt to pay for four (4) to six (6) installments.
